Design Sarah Nauser 4 ALS Shirt – Symbol of Hope
Sarah Nauser, born and raised in Blue Springs, Missouri, developed a deep love for the Royals baseball team from a young age. She began her career in the police force at age 15 and officially became a Kansas City police officer at age 21. In 2018, at age 29, Sarah was diagnosed with ALS, a rare and incurable motor neuron disease. Instead of giving up, however, she turned the ordeal into a life mission: raising awareness and supporting others in the same situation.

The “Sarah Nauser 4 ALS Shirt” is made of cotton, giving the wearer a soft and comfortable feeling. The front of the shirt features the slogan “#FIGHTLIKEAGIRL” – representing Sarah’s resilient fighting spirit. The back of the shirt features Lou Gehrig’s famous quote: “Today, I consider myself the luckiest man on the face of the earth”, as a reminder of optimism and faith in life.
Sarah has received tremendous support from the community and especially the Royals. On Lou Gehrig Day (June 3), Royals players wore the shirt to practice to show solidarity and support for Sarah. Baseball legend George Brett and player Salvador Perez have also joined her at many events, helping to spread the message and raise funds for those with ALS.
